Rodrigo Tognetta
I learned programming in 1992 at a technical high school.
In 1996, I completed part of my mandatory military service, working as a Pascal and Clipper programmer in the IT section of the 28th Armored Infantry Battalion (Campinas, SP, Brazil).
In 2001, I worked with mainframe systems at Adecco Top Services — a rare experience for a microcomputer programmer.
From 2004 to 2017, I worked as a computer instructor at Microlins, a Brazilian vocational school — a role that became the most meaningful chapter of my professional life. During this time, I also started my own computer maintenance and sales company.
Between 2013 and 2016, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. During this period, I also worked as a community educator in the Escola da Família program, teaching computer classes in public state schools on Saturdays and Sundays.
Over the years, I have witnessed changes in the IT market, working with a wide range of technologies: Pascal, Clipper, JCL, ASP, PHP, Flash, C, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring, Angular, and Bootstrap.
I also have a strong interest in databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Currently, I focus on Java, Angular, and Ubuntu Linux.
